"The
Inspector" is a COMPLETE solution to
inspections; including estimating, scheduling, inspecting, job costing,
work/repair order and accounts receivable.
"The Inspector" is completely customizable, nothing is set in stone. Do you really want a program
to tell you how to do an inspection or do you want to tell the program how
to do an inspection?
You do not need to buy a multitude of programs. "The Inspector" can be used to inspect almost anything, fire
protection systems NFPA 25, sprinkler systems, alarm and detection
NFPA 72, special
hazards, range hoods, fire extinguisher, fire pumps,
hydraulics lift machinery, backflow preventer, fire hose, fire hydrants, a fleet of trucks, building and building modification or commodity changes.
"The
Inspector" may even be used to track the final assembly of an exhibit manufacturing
process. The Inspector is more flexible than any other software product
available.
The program comes
preinstalled with topics and items for:
-
Back Flow
Preventers
-
Fire Hydrants
-
NFPA 10
-
NFPA 24
-
NFPA 25
-
NFPA 72
-
Fleet of
trucks.
You are not locked
into specific questions as you are with our competitors programs. You can add
topics and items or change the ones that come with the program at anytime. If
there are code changes you do not need to purchase another program or update.
You can simply make changes to the topic and items. Nothing is written in stone.
The Inspector is totally flexible solution to inspecting anything.
The Inspector is a complete solution. We have estimating,
inspections, scheduling, form letters, work/repair orders, accounts receiveable and job costing all in
one package. You do not need to have several different programs everything is in
one easy to use package.
The Inspector uses drag and drop similar to windows explorer. What could be easier?
We invented the idea of using a PDA for inspections many
years ago before our competition was even in business. The time for PDA
inspection has come and
gone. The technology is obsolete and has been replaced with much more efficient
devices. The new devices are so advanced you only need to talk to your computer
and the text will appear. You can write on the screen in your own hand writing
and your writing will be changed to text. The UMPC we offer has many advance
technologies; including GPS (Global Positioning System), Finger Print Reader and
a built in Camera. It supports all of the wireless standards and Blue
Tooth. It is a real computer not a toy PDA. It has USB2 built in so there are
unlimited devices available. The good news is that UMPC costs less than
$1000.00. The overall size is similar to a paper back book, maybe a little
longer. So stop playing with toys and get into the current century. The Inspector is
designed to take advantage of these new devices.
We have no record limitations in our programs. You may
have as many clients as you desire. The competition limits you based on price.
We have only one price.
We license our software per office up to ten users
provided that we deal with the same person each time for technical support. Ask
our competition how much it costs for a ten user office. Make sure you are
sitting down. We have been in fire protection business since 1971. TFDSI opened
it doors in 1980 (27 years ago)! Ask our competition how long there
company has been in business. We will be in business when you need us. Can
you say that about the competition.

Important: There are NO limits to
the number of inspections that you can have with our program. This is not the
case with the competition. In addition we license are software per office (up to
ten computers) not per computer. This is also not the case with the competition.
There is no yearly or monthly maintenance fee. Again this is not the case with
the competition. Ours is a mature program that is field proven. This is again
not the case with some of our competition. We have been in business for since
1980 we will be here when you need an upgrade or technical support. Can you say
that about some of our competition?
