It is hard to know where to start with this version. Even though, we are marketing this as an upgrade; the entire program has been completely rewritten.

• We have taken out some features that were seldom used.

• We have added many new features.

• The user interface is completely new and enhanced.  This is the best and biggest change.

  • The buttons that cluttered the screens have been removed. All options are now available by window standard right click context sensitive menus.

  • All windows have clickable headers for sorting ascending and descending.

  • All windows have soft seek filters to find items quickly and easily. (This option alone is worth the price of the upgrade.)

  • These changes have made for a very clean, easy to use and extremely readable user interface.

   

• The reporting is based on the filters. The filters are easily created with the soft seek filter or the query by example. So in essences you can create customizable reports.

• The bid window and components window have been combined into one window with two window panes. This makes viewing your bid and components much cleaner and easier.

• All notes are in RTF format. This is similar to a word processor, with bold, color, etc.

• There are many different detailed graphs for evaluating your data.

• Assemblies, have many enhancements. Assemblies, have become the heart of customizing your data. The changes here are extensive and will definitely make your life easier.

• Several new wizards to make creating your data easier.

• There are new wizards for importing and exporting prices.

• There is a new wizard for sharing prices within an office.

• Inventory items are completely transportable with our inventory program. You can even have picture with each inventory item if you desire.

• The check list have been complete redesigned. You can automatically check items off or even create components from a check list with just a click of a button. This is a wow item. You can literally created an entire bid from your check list.

• The program will build a quick list automatically of your most used components. This should make your bidding much faster.

• You no longer have to use the top 100 items in the inventory for the wizards. You may customize the wizard items.

• Form letters are now in RTF (Rich Text Format) format similar to a word processor. You can have bold, color, formating etc.

• The program is much more so called 'User Friendly'

• All of your old data can be converted by a conversion program included in the program. You will loose nothing.

• The old philosophy of making the program totally customizable is still there but now it is in a new easier to use format

The really big change is the user interface. It is very clean, easy to use, and powerful.  We are sure that this will help you navigate and use the program much more effortlessly.
